Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period:
    • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Conditions for Return:
    • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
    • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  3. Non-Eligible Items for Return:
    • Items on sale, customized products, or digital goods.
    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected by the supplier. This process may take 15 to 30 business days.
  5. Return Shipping Costs:
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Note: Since products are shipped directly from our suppliers, returns must be sent to the supplier's address, not the store’s address.
